Quality is a passion at Devott Service, Quality Control (QC) is processed with skilled and highly experienced professionals and adoption of well-defined work procedures ensures accurate, timely, and complete process management services.

The complete growth of outsourcing service at Devott Service is based on the foundations of Process Excellence. Devott Service with a very strong focus on the quality of service delivery continues to exceed the SLAs and the customer expectations for almost all Clients.

We have a dedicated in-house Quality Assurance (QA) team, which ensures that our quality standards are always maintained. Our quality assurance team conducts periodical quality checks, during every stage of a project, right from the project conceptualization stage to the actual implementation of the same. Among their duties are two key functions:

  1. Sampling - the selection of a set of data representative of the entire shipment
  2. Auditing - the examination of carefully chosen samples to determine whether the entire shipment meets agreed-upon quality requirements
